Machine Covers

Sewing machine cover made with rows of 9 mm decorative stitches. A nice physical reference of those fancy stitches we have on our machines. The back is the same as the front but without the frame embroidery design.

This is a close up of the frame embroidery design. This is a 2 part design that was downloadable from Pfaff website a few years ago. They have since updated their site and the design is no longer available. I’m sorry.

This is a serger cover made with rows of maxi decorative stitches.

I used a triple stitch/bean stitch between every row for continuity. Piping to match the monotone embroidery thread is in the 2 side seams Once the lining was inserted, the bottom edge was finished with a scallop stitch that is straight on one side (stitch #61 on the Pfaff 7570) and sewn thru all layers.

See Irene Constas machine cover here.
